About

Seeking therapy takes courage. My goal is to help you reclaim a life that feels authentically yours. I believe a strong client-therapist relationship is grounded in nonjudgment and openness, creating a foundation for meaningful work to begin. I am dedicated to creating a space where we can work together to find relief, strengthen coping skills, and foster a deeper sense of self-understanding & confidence. I work with young adult and adult clients on a variety of issues and regardless of what brings you here: maybe you feel overwhelmed by high expectations, anxiety, depression, panic, phobias, OCD, the hard work of setting boundaries, or simply navigating the complex challenges and stress that life brings in ever-changing world, I would be honored to support you on your journey of healing. I am also especially passionate about providing affirming support for the LGBTQIA+ community. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker originally from Arkansas, where I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Arkansas and my Master of Social Work at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. My work is informed by evidence-based approaches, including trained techniques in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness-based interventions, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I tailor these approaches to your unique needs, believing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, but a personalized journey toward healing. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and learning new recipes, traveling, spending time with my family and dog, and simply being outdoors!
